# WhenLeads > WhenLeads is a lead data company, a division of DV8 WEB LLC in Lake Park, Florida. Its product is the South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch: every ERRCS and BDA (in-building emergency responder radio) permit, stalled job and finished system in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, sent every Monday with each row linked to its public record, plus a monthly view of which installers are winning the work. It also sells quote requests from owners who asked, through the owner-facing reference site ERRCSCheck.com. - The Watch: priced per county, $99 a week for each of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, billed weekly; the first week is free; not exclusive, no limit on subscribers; refund if it is not useful. During the launch period the Monday digest and alert emails are sent by hand. - The digest leads with openings (permits expired without a final inspection, withdrawn, cancelled, stalled more than 90 days, partial passes, Miami Beach Phase 1 RF assessments filed before an installer is named), then annual tests coming due, new permits, and new construction last. Fire code citations are included when they appear on the public record; no volume is promised. - Owner quote requests are sold only when the owner asked for quotes ($200 to $1,250 by job type); each is shared with up to 3 installers. - Rows carry entity-level contacts only: the association or owner of record and the management company where public. Sunbiz filing details (registered agent and officers, labeled as such) and a public business line for openings are researched by hand and added as they are confirmed. No personal emails or cell numbers. ## Company - [WhenLeads: South Florida ERRCS permit and competitor watch](https://www.whenleads.com/): Every ERRCS and BDA permit, stalled job and finished system in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, every Monday, linked to the public record.
