About

About WhenLeads

We are based in Lake Park, Florida, and we read public records so installers do not have to.

Updated Changelog

A small office desk with a laptop and coffee by a window overlooking a Florida city in the morning.

Who we are

WhenLeads is a division of DV8 WEB LLC, a web and search company based at 1335 Old Dixie Hwy Ste 27, Lake Park, FL 33403. We build the owner-facing reference sites, collect and check the public records, and deliver the weekly ERRCS permit and competitor watch and owner requests to installers.

We are not an installer, an engineering firm, a fire department or a government agency. We do not design, sell, install or test any of the systems in our verticals.

A small office on a Monday morning with closed laptops, coffee mugs, a blank whiteboard and a hard hat.
A small team that reads public records every week.

What we believe about leads

  • Timing is the product. A building that has to act this month is worth more than a thousand that might act someday.
  • Owners should know. Every owner who asks for quotes is told, before they send, that their request goes to up to 3 vetted installers who serve their area.
  • No pressure tactics. We do not text or cold-call building owners. Owners come to our reference sites on their own and decide whether to ask for quotes.
  • Business contacts only. Our feeds hold the association or owner of record and the management company where it is public. The association's state corporate filing (registered agent and officers, labeled as such) and public business lines for openings are researched by hand and added as they are confirmed. Never personal cell numbers or personal emails.
  • Refunds without a fight. If something we send is not useful, tell us. We refund you and we part as friends.

Our sites

ERRCSCheck

The neutral reference on emergency responder radio rules: a building checker, requirements by state and county, and guides, each tied to its primary source.

BDACheck

A free annual test reminder and test log for building managers, plus plain guides on BDA cost, testing and registration.

WhenLeads

This site. Where installers learn how the Watch and owner requests work, check county coverage and sign up.

How we keep the reference sites honest

The owner-facing sites state a rule only when we have read it in the primary document, such as a statute, a fire code or a fire marshal's guideline, and they show the date we last checked it. When a rule is not published, they say so. The pages read the same no matter which installers buy from us.
