UpdatedPricing: per county, billed weekly, first week free
The Watch is now priced per county, $99 a week for each county you pick, billed weekly. The 14-day trial is replaced by a free first week. Owner quote request prices and the refund rule are unchanged.
Simple pricing, county by county. Your first week is free.
FixOne set of counts, exact delivery and contact wording
Every count now comes from the October 27 pipeline run behind the real sample digests (518 buildings, 38 open second-bid jobs, 324 finished systems). Competitor job values leave out whole-building permit values. Pages now say that during the launch period the digest and alert emails are sent by hand, and that Sunbiz details and business lines are added as they are confirmed.
From public record to your inbox, every Monday
NewReal sample digests you can open now
The free trial digest from this week's public-record run, for all three counties and for each county on its own, with openings first and every row linked to its record. The coverage map now shows live and next counties with today's counts.
A real Monday digest for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach
UpdatedNew product: South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch
County Citation Alerts are replaced by one plan: every ERRCS and BDA permit, stalled job and finished system in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, every Monday, each linked to its public record. Openings come first, and a monthly section shows who is winning ERRCS work. Citations are included when they appear on the public record.
Ready when they are.
UpdatedPricing: $99 a month for all three counties
The Watch is $99 a month for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach together, with a 14-day free trial and the same refund rule. The per-county price, the founding rate and the seat cap are gone. Owner quote request prices are unchanged.
Simple pricing, county by county. Your first week is free.
UpdatedCoverage table with today's counts
The seat table is now a coverage table: three counties live with the buildings, open second-bid jobs and finished systems on file in each (pull of October 26, 2026), and four Florida counties next.
