Coverage
Three counties live, one plan
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach are live, and you pick the ones you work in. Here is what is on file in each county today, and which Florida counties are next.

Coverage by county
Counts from our pipeline run of October 27, 2026. Three live counties: 518 buildings, 38 open second-bid jobs, 2 cited buildings, 324 finished systems and about 8 new items a week. "Second-bid jobs" are permits that expired without a final inspection, were withdrawn or cancelled, stalled for more than 90 days or had a partial-pass test, or a Miami Beach Phase 1 RF assessment with no installer named yet. Select a county on the map for its numbers, or open the real sample digest to see every row.

Counts from the public-record pull of October 27, 2026. Priced per county, $99 a week each, first week free. Not exclusive, no limit on subscribers. Blank cells: not covered yet.
What live means
A live county is in every Monday digest. We read its city and county permit portals each week, tie each record to a building and parcel, sort it by written rules and link every row to its record. Each live county is priced on its own, and your first week is free.
Some places are still thin. Five Palm Beach County city portals (West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Delray Beach) blocked our weekly reader on October 27, so their rows come from our October 26 pull until that is fixed; the digest names the date on each source. A few permit offices have no keyword search or need a records request, and fire marshal citations are rarely online anywhere. Where a source is missing, we say so rather than guess.
Next
Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange and Duval are next, in the order installers ask for them. We go deep in one region before adding the next, because each county's records look different and a sample of each has to be checked by hand before the county is worth paying for.

Questions people ask
Can I subscribe to one county only?
Yes. Each county is priced on its own, $99 a week per county, so you pay only for the counties you work in.
Is there a limit on how many installers can subscribe?
No. Every row comes from a public record, so the Watch is not exclusive and there is no seat limit.
When does a "next" county go live?
When we have found its permit sources, pulled a sample and checked it by hand. Tell us the counties you want on the Say when form; real requests set the order.
