Terms for installers
Written to be read. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you (the installer or firm that signs up) and DV8 WEB LLC, which runs WhenLeads, at 1335 Old Dixie Hwy Ste 27, Lake Park, FL 33403. By starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
What you are buying
- South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch: a Monday digest, alert emails and a monthly competitor report about ERRCS and BDA permits, stalled jobs and finished systems in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, drawn from public records. Each county is sold on its own; buy one, two or all three. Fire code citations are included when they appear on the public record; we do not promise any number of them.
- Free sample digest: one current digest for a county, sent free before a trial. The terms on using the data below apply to it too.
- Owner quote requests: introductions to owners and managers who asked for quotes, priced by job type as shown on the pricing page.
The Watch is not exclusive and has no limit on subscribers. Most owner request types go to one installer; condo association requests are shared with up to 3 firms; no request goes to more than 3.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
- The first week is free and covers the full Watch for every county you pick. Billing starts in week two unless you cancel before then.
- The Watch is $99 a week per county, billed weekly by card in advance.
- Owner requests are invoiced as they are delivered.
- Cancel any time through the contact form. The Watch stops at the end of the week you cancel.
- We may change list prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Refunds
If something we send is not useful, tell us. We refund you and we part as friends. For the Watch, we refund your most recent weekly charge and close the account. For an owner request, we refund that request.
How you may use the data
- Use the Watch, sample digests and requests only to offer your own services to the building's owner, association or manager about the work the record describes.
- Contact owners who sent a quote request by email, or by phone if they asked for calls. Do not text them.
- Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing, do-not-call and email marketing laws.
- Do not resell, share or publish the data, and do not add it to a list you sell or give to others.
- If we tell you that someone has opted out, stop contacting them and delete their details within 10 business days.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will refund any unused prepaid time.
Accuracy
Records come from public sources. We match them to buildings and sort them by written rules, and every row links to its record, but public records can be wrong, late or incomplete. An expired or stalled permit, a test due date or a citation does not guarantee that a building will hire anyone. Annual test dates are estimated from the final inspection date unless a test record gives one. We do not promise any number of leads, jobs or revenue.
Our reference sites give guidance, not engineering advice. Fire code decisions belong to the local fire marshal (AHJ).
Your account and license
You confirm that the details you give us are true and that you hold the licenses your work requires. We check licenses before switching on the Watch and may decline a signup.
Liability
We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms. Before going to court, tell us about the problem through the contact form and give us 30 days to fix it. Any court case belongs in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are dated above and logged in the changelog. If a change matters to your account, we email you before it takes effect.
