South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| The Watch | $99 a week per county | Pick Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or any mix. Monday digest with openings first, alert emails when a permit passes its expiry date without a final inspection or a Miami Beach Phase 1 RF assessment is filed, and the monthly "Who is winning ERRCS work" report. During the launch period our team sends the digest and alerts by hand. Not exclusive; no limit on subscribers. |
| First week | Free | The full Watch for every county you pick. Cancel before week two and you pay nothing. |
| Free sample digest | $0 | One real, current digest for your county, before your free week starts. |
What is in the data today
These are the counts from our pipeline run of October 27, 2026, the same run behind the real sample digest. They change every week.
| What is in the data | Today |
|---|---|
| Buildings with an ERRCS or BDA permit on file | 518 |
| Open second-bid jobs (expired, withdrawn, cancelled, stalled, partial pass, or a Miami Beach Phase 1 RF assessment) | 38 |
| Finished systems that need an annual test | 324 |
| Annual tests estimated due in the next 90 days | 62 |
| Open permits, all stages | 192 |
| New items a week, on average | 8 |
| Buildings with a fire code citation on the public record | 2 |
Citations are included when they appear on the public record. Most fire marshals do not publish them online, so we do not promise a number. See county coverage for the same counts by county.
Owner quote requests
These are owners and managers who asked to be contacted about a quote. Prices are per request, by job type.
| Request type | Price | Shared with |
|---|---|---|
| New ERRCS install, cited high-rise or building over 50,000 sq ft | $1,250 | 1 installer |
| New ERRCS install, cited building 12,000 to 50,000 sq ft | $750 | 1 installer |
| Failed test, repair or remediation | $550 | 1 installer |
| New construction, design and install with the general contractor | $550 | 1 installer |
| Coverage check, no citation yet | $350 | 1 installer |
| Annual test | $200 | 1 installer |
| Any of the above for a condo association | 45% of the listed price, per firm | Up to 3 firms |
The square-footage bands describe the job size so you can price your time. They are not a statement of what the fire code requires; that depends on the building and the local fire marshal.

Questions people ask
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no long contract. The Watch is week to week and you can cancel any week.
How does the free trial work?
Your first week of the full Watch is free, for every county you pick. Weekly billing starts in week two unless you cancel before then.
Can I buy just one county?
Yes. Each county is priced on its own, so you pay only for the counties you work in. Add or drop a county any week.
Can I see a digest before the trial?
Yes. Ask for a free sample digest and we send a real, current digest for your county.
Do I have to buy owner requests?
No. Owner requests are optional and charged one at a time. You can buy the Watch only, requests only, or both.
